CA – CPT (Chartered Accountancy – Common Proficiency Test)
Chartered Accountancy is a dynamic, challenging & rewarding profession. The CA program takes 2 years to complete apart from the training period. It has three sections - CPT, IPCC & Final Examination.
The Common Proficiency Test is an entry level test i.e. the first level at which a student starts pursuing their Chartered Accountancy qualification. Students are eligible to appear for the CA-CPT only after completing their 10+2 examinations. The duration of the course is only 3 months; it is an objective type test comprising of 4 subjects arranged into 2 sessions of 2 hours & 100 marks each. To qualify at the CA-CPT, a student has to obtain an aggregate of 50% marks together (100 marks out of 200)
